Dear parents, students, and prospective families,
Since its founding in 1955 by the Sisters of the Institute of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Our Lady of the Assumption School (OLA) has strived to provide its students with the best Catholic education possible. OLA is a school rich in tradition and community spirit. Our school motto is “Hands to Serve, Hearts to Love,” and this motto reflects the Christian love and service that we promote daily in our program. We are a fully accredited, coeducational, kindergarten through eighth grade, parish school. We pride ourselves on our vibrant family atmosphere, high academic standards, and strong commitment to Catholic faith formation. We strive to know each child as an individual and to meet the needs of each child. The staff of OLA School will do all they can to help your child fulfill his or her learning potential, develop in the Catholic faith, and enjoy a rich, challenging, and meaningful educational experience. Our philosophy, mission statement and Schoolwide Learning Expectations convey the values and purpose of our school.
I invite you to explore this Web site to learn more about our school and our programs.
God bless,
